Winery – Riverina, NSW
Established in 1965, this family-owned winery in the beautiful Riverina region of New South Wales, encompasses the winery and 23 hectares of land that surrounds it. From processing 30 tonnes of grapes for the fortified wine market in the first year, the winery later switched to table wine production and now processes around 4,000 tonnes of grapes annually. With its focus on quality, the winery has received numerous awards over the years. To cater for the export market, the winery has developed a technique where grape juice fermentation is slowed so it can be imported, and the wine making process can be completed in another country.
